Thomas is feeling reasonably well this evening, but he didn't have a great day. The water regulation is an ongoing issue. Hopefully endocrinology will have everything figured out soon. Until they do, he likely won't be able to go home. He's having trouble taking the medication, you see, and that's the main issue. His stomach is "queezy" pretty much all the time, so he has difficulty taking and keeping down the pills. Some medication can be administered by nasal spray or through the IV, but these won't really be options for at home. My main concern about this nausea, though, is the fact that he has hardly eaten anything at all since this whole thing started. If this doesn't change, they'll have to insert a feeding tube through his nose. I really pray that the little boy won't have to be subjected to that on top of everything else. They've started giving him regular nausea medication now in hopes that it will work long enough to convince his stomach that it's okay to eat again. Please make this a priority for your prayers.

He was also suffering somewhat from headaches today. They suspected it was simply due to normal swelling resulting from the biopsy. They gave him a CT scan just to be sure, and they didn't see anything that wasn't to be expected after the surgery, thank the Lord. He's back to playing video games tonight, and we take that as a good sign.

Please continue praying for us all.

Allan.
